Each loves differently. Each struggles differently.

You love through clarity and truth.

You love through strength and respect.

You love through aliveness and spark.

You love through safety and continuity.

You love through devotion and depth.
"Nothing here tried to fix me. It helped me understand why certain relationships exhaust me & others don’t. That alone changed how I choose."
“This was the first framework that didn’t label me as avoidant or too much. It explained my limits without shaming them.”
“I finally had language for what I give in love, and what I can’t. That clarity has been grounding, not confronting.”

I built The Five Love Tribes after years of watching people blame themselves for patterns that were never personal flaws.
Most relationship frameworks tell you what’s wrong with you or what you should become. This one starts somewhere quieter: how your nervous system is built to bond, protect, and love.
The Five Love Tribes isn’t about fixing, labeling, or optimizing intimacy. It’s about orientation, understanding what you genuinely give in relationship, what you can’t sustainably offer, and why certain kinds of love feel nourishing while others quietly cost you.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and lived relational experience. I’m less interested in prescribing answers than in helping people develop clarity, self-trust, and emotional accuracy, the conditions that make real intimacy possible.
